I had a horrible experience working with him. He didn't have any interest in helping me. All he cares about was his commission. I trusted his opinion because I was young and didn't know who to turn to when purchasing my house. I thought since we were relatives he would guide me through the process but instead he lead me to believe that a house with water damage and mold was ok to purchase. Even when I wanted to back out, he got very disrespectful and made me think I had signed a contract with him so I was his client. It's been a year since I got the house and I cannot even afford to get rid of the mold and repair the damages. It was really foolish of me to trust that he would be a good agent because he was my second cousin. Work with him at your own risk.
