Alicia was very patient with us, and was very helpful via phone and email before meeting us in person. On short notice, she made herself available for two days when we took a quick house hunting trip to TX. It took a couple of months to find the right house, and Alicia always made herself available, which was important in this market where everything sells quickly. Once we found a house, she provided comps and spent a lot of time negotiating on our behalf on price, inspection repairs, and closing details. There were some issues along the way on the seller side, and Alicia was quick to work through them on our behalf. We highly recommend Alicia.

She sold our first house for more than asking price. The way Alicia stages the homes makes me want to stay! She has a way of decorating and placing things so that they really show the house! Recently, she readied the house for another sale. It was so nice, and for other reasons we decided to stay! She is so easy to work with too. Tell her exactly what you want or be general if that is where you are. She knows where every builder is and the types of houses there. She doesn't waste time.
