Anita came in and took control of selling our home and got the job done professionally and efficiently. We had switched from another realtor because they could not get the job done and once we went with Anita the house was sold within a month! We have recommended her to ANYONE that is selling.

Anita did a fabulous job in helping us to find and purchase our new home. She suggested an area I would not have thought of - and it ended up being perfect. She met all of our requests in being able to see many homes of interest and brought up valuable insights and observations as we explored. She also helped tremendously in recommending a great lending institution and point person for that process. In final negotiations, Anita was level headed and totally on our side. I would recommend that anyone get Anita on their team to find a great home at a great price!

We relocated to Texas and was stuck trying to sell our Ohio home from afar. It needed a ton of repairs and we could not jump on a plane to make sure everything was getting prepared properly so it was Fantastic to have a realtor like Anita Kranz by our side. She was able to make sure the contractors provided the needed repairs and also waited until repairs were completed to take pictures. The first offer we got fell through, but Anita stayed optimistic which helped keep us positive and shortly after we got a better offer!

Buying a condo with Anita's guidance & expertise was such a Great experience. She is attentive and reliable. A genuinely kind person. Anita took the stress out of home buying & made the entire process easier. I highly recommend her!
