He is amazing! When the cleaner he hired did a terrible job, he came over with gloves and cleaners and pitched in to help. He went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was able to get our house sold within days of being on the market! He also got us into a new home. He was there the entire way and two years later, he still calls and checks on us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy!

Brian is the best realtor period, I took two months to find my dream, and you would have thought each time we went looking was my first day. So patient and so friendly and trustworthy, he was always explaining in details I can understand and always discussing strategies to actually help me get it in my very hot market. Brian actually took the time to find out what I wanted in a home and he went looking for that for me. And he found it.

Brian is easy to work with and does not pressure clients into making decisions for his own personal gains. He had a great suggestion when listing our condo to do an open house. The client who bought our condo was not even really in the market for a condo. They came through leisurely for the open house and ended up giving us an offer $7,000 above our listing price. While the market was and is competitive, that was highest a condo in our complex had gone for at the time. (Although, I would like to note that condo is a gem:). We would/will be using him in the future to buy a home as we make plans to return to CO.

I had the opportunity to work with Brian on the sale of one property and purchase of another during the latter part of 2016 and early 2017. Simply put, Brian was great. He was attentive to our needs and when challenges had come up with the sale of my property, he was there by our side to get us through the process. The issue was such that it could have potentially compromised our ability to purchase our new home. His efforts in communicating with the listing agent for the house we wanted to buy helped greatly. Ultimately, we had to go to mediation on the sale of my property [through no fault of Brian] and he was at my side with documentation to show that we were on the right side of the issue.
