Brian helped us find our new place, in less than 2 days after initial contact. He jumped on the opportunity to help us find our home, provided a list of 20 options that were within our specifications, showed us homes and within the first 2, we already picked one! Brian helped us find our perfect first home recently and did a fabulous job! As first time home buyer we knew very little about the home buying process, but Brian did a great job educating us and guiding us in the right direction for our family. To illustrate his dedication-Brian cut short a personal occasion to meet us with the keys when we arrived to Florida a day ahead of schedule! Very few things in life are more stressful than buying a home (especially your first one) but when you have the most knowledgeable, patient and professional realtor working for you, the experience can be amazing. Brian provided excellent pricing guidance. He helped us prepare our home for market with excellent advice on cost effect updates and staging. He excelled at marketing our home with the use of professional photos, an amazing video (with drone footage) and a Matterport tour. Because of his effort we received several offers and were under contract in less than a week. Through Brian's amazing negotiating skills we sold for more than we were expecting. His efforts on our behalf did not stop once the contract was signed. He walked us through every step of the process and was only a phone call away when nerves needed soothing. We can not thank him enough.

WOW! Brian is an incredible realtor and such a caring person. He provided amazing service and immediate responses no matter what day of the week it was...phone/text/email - he was all over it. He utilized his connections throughout the industry to provide the best for home inspections, temporary housing, insurance, etc. All of his recommendations were spot on! I truly felt I could trust in his expertise and felt his compassion come thru in everything he did. My experience with Brian was great. I was moving from out of state in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Brian helped me find an apartment within 48 hours of contacting him. I had spent a lot of time researching places myself, but just wasn't finding what I wanted in my budget. Brian found me a great place that had everything I wanted, in a safe neighborhood, and actually came in under budget. He listened to what was important to me, and applied his knowledge about the area to my concerns and interests. He was honest, and gave me some additional information about places I should not look and why, even though I had been looking at them prior to our conversation. The internet and rental photos can be deceiving, and Brian helped me navigate that. I didn't even visit the property in person before signing the lease, but felt confident through the entire process. He was available via text virtually any time of day, and that was really helpful too. He was patient with my questions, and never once made me feel judged for being a new renter! I will definitely be recommending Brian to anyone I know that needs a real estate professional!
