Went out with Bruno a couple of times...then he told me he had a home to show me, first day on the market and thought it was exactly what I was looking for. He was right on! Unfortunately there were five (5) offers that first day...it was a bank foreclosure and the bidding lasted a week. Bruno guided me through the process.
