Buddy was recommended to us by a friend whom he had helped. We live in Mass so it was daunting to think we may have to travel back and forth before we found the perfect home, especially seeing as we were unfamiliar with the area. He took the time to get to know us before we arrived then whisked us to view many suitable properties ! We found one we loved very quickly and he essentially took care of all the details for us !! From the negotiation of the price with the sellers agent to the home inspector, bank/loan agent, lawyer and land surveyor. EVERYTHING !! oh and on top of all that, recommended a great realtor in OUR area to sell our home, which we did pretty quickly. All in all, this was a great experience !! We are looking forward to our new life in the Carolinas. The Roses.

He and his wife Sarah were very helpful through the entire process of purchasing a home in the Charlotte area. They were able to help with the many problems involved in the finance area as well as making the closing process run smoothly. They were Great!!

Very good, both he and Sarah sent a lot of time with us until we were able to get exactly what we wanted. They also helped with the closing and financing as well as giving us help with getting to know the area.
