Starting this process of selling our home we were a little nervous, but every step of the way Carlton professionalism experience and expertise was on point things that we didn’t know he take the time to explain and guide us through When it was time for the house to be listed, it was not up to standard based on his experience. He went a mile to make sure that was done he work with us late in the night to help us complete the work on the house to get it on the market the next day, less than a week we had an offer less than a month our house was sold. I would say he’s a miracle man NO he is good at what he does. I do believe it’s a gift. I would recommend him to anyone 100% to work with, selling or purchasing real estate.
