My house was recently sold by Catherine Tramuta of Gardner Realtors and I could not be happier with my agent or the broker. As a seller, you assume that everyone walking through your home will love it as much as you did. However, the reality of finding the perfect buyer is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Especially when you’re dealing with a 3,000 SF, 3 story, 5 bedroom / 4 full bath fixer-upper! The house was listed in July 2018 and did not sell until the middle of June 2019. Throughout the entire 11 months , rain or shine, my agent held open houses where she was constantly collecting feedback regarding interests and concerns with the property. To start, major plumbing issues were uncovered during inspections which led to an offer being withdrawn days before closing. Lenders took weeks to finish underwriting, causing us to miss multiple closing dates which was particularly frustrating as I was out of state for the last few months of the listing .
