Cheryl worked as an accountant, business manager before starting my Small Business Consulting Firm, where she helped small businesses find their path to success. After a difficult experience in the purchase of "Ivy Hall" a 1935 historic mansion, our home for 11 years, Cheryl decided to go to real estate school, to better understand how the real estate business worked. We found there was a need to bringing more personalized service to both buyers and sellers. In 1996 Cheryl, earned her Real Estate license, in the year 2000, acquired her Brokers License and in 2007 we formed the Bretz Team for Real Estate Services. In 2013 we opened Blues Skies Realty, LLC.
