My husband and I first meet our realtor Darin Dehaan while searching the greater Seattle area in Hopes of finding our 1st home. Darin was extremely responsive to our calls and emails from the very beginning all the way to the ending of the sale. He help us secure a lender who we developed a great relationship with as well. We asked alot of questions since we were new to the home buying process and not once did he make us feel like we had a "stupid question" he answered it and provided insight. He responded with almost frightening speed, he provided me with realistic expectations going forward, and he was extremely contentious. Above all, he was honest and it was truly fun talking with him. He answered all our questions clearly and concisely, and made the home purchase experience a lot less daunting for us as first-time home buyers. One thing that really stood out to us is that whenever we went on a home tour, Darin would prepare a copy of all the information on the home - It's a small thing but really shows that he goes out of his way to improve our experience. He also managed to help us in the bargaining process, and successfully obtained a significant price reduction for us. We would definitely work with Darin again in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
