I met Dave in February 2016 when my husband and I first entertained the idea of selling our townhome and moving. I’m really fussy and I had a very specific set of criteria for a home. Dave was extremely patient with me. He wanted (and listened to!) my feedback on listings and houses we looked at and used that to tailor search results for us. When my husband and I decided to postpone our plan, I told Dave that I would remember him when we were ready to move forward again. Fast forward to October 2019: we were ready to move. The time the listing went live to the time we accepted an offer (and there were several!) was less than 2 weeks. Buying and selling property is a huge project for most people.
