I was referred to Dave Goodman in 2016 by a coworker. I explained that we were going through a divorce and that we needed to sell our property quickly. He came by and met with me and my former spouse and we both felt comfortable with him and felt that we were each well represented and so we decided to list the home. After only 2 weeks it sold for exactly the amount that Dave had said it would, and we closed shortly after. A couple years later I reached out to Dave to purchase a home and the next day we were out looking. There was a for-sale-by-owner that I particularly liked so Dave reached out to the seller and negotiated his commission with them and we made an offer. There were some repairs needed and Dave negotiated a credit for us. He worked closely with our chosen lender and we closed shortly after. Dave was really easy to work with. He always made time to speak with me and he explained everything clearly so there were no surprises along the way. I would definitely work with him again.

We’ve always wanted to own the home next door so my Dad could live there and we’d be able to visit whenever we wanted. When it finally became available we called Dave to see it and immediately made a full price offer! It was a smooth transaction, which we didn’t expect since it was a foreclosed property, but we closed and are now upgrading the home to our style. The website was so critically helpful in our selection process to be able to find houses that both my husband and I loved. Dave’s expertise served us well from the very first meeting all the way through showings, offers, escrow, and closing. I’ve worked with several realtors in the past and Dave was far and above the most knowledgeable and helpful.

David was awesome, dealing with a less than optimal buyers agent, inspectors that were not well versed in the aspects of a home inspection and dealing with my impatience with the buyers and their lenders non standard loan. He was a great help and managed to get everything to come together in the end. I would highly recommend David.

Five stars but would be 10 if I could! David was amazing! He took on the sale of my home after I had to leave/move unexpectedly for a new position. I had to leave in a rush so I was not able to properly move everything, clean, or do repairs. David was willing to work with me remotely to quickly get the house in show ready condition using his extensive list of contacts and connections. He took care of every detail! The house was only listed for 2 days with favorable interest and we received our best offer in those 2 days for over the amount we listed. On top of that, he found a cash offer which was able to move quickly through escrow. His confidence and knowledge showed through every interaction and communication. He truly was a professional in every respect. I highly recommend using David for your home buying/selling needs. It was a pleasure to work with him!
