Absolutely amazing! I had my home listed for 8 months with another realtor. David came in educated us what was going on in the market, priced it accordingly and had us an offer in 30 days. His communication and knowledge of the market was precise. He then listed to what we wanted in our next home. We chose 15 homes we would like to go see. David said you will only like these 4 homes based on what you want and area. We went and saw those 4 and chose the one we love. He knew exactly what we wanted ! I would highly recommend David Newman!!!

Best experience I have ever had compared to the other 3 Realtors I had dealt with in the past. He asked plenty of questions to understand what we were looking for and the price range. He showed us houses that we had picked and houses that he had picked as well. And of course his picks were way better. He is very caring and wanted to make sure that we got everything we wanted in a Home!! Thank you David!! We really appreciated all the time and effort you put into finding us our HOME!!

David is a perfect example of a no non-sense individual when it comes to negotiations and the ability to protect buyer from the loop-holes in the real estate business. His quality of work is a result of high intentions, sincere efforts, intelligent directions and skillful execution up until the signing of my contract. As an added consolation how I value his business, I still provide him referrals up to this time just to show our business partnership doens't end when I bought my property .
Our first agent listed the property but was unsuccessful in selling our home so the listing was cancelled. We hired David to list our home. Not only did he find a buyer but the home was sold only 35 days later. After we were unable to find a home in our preferred neighborhood David went out and knocked on doors to try to find a person ready to sell. 30 days later we moved into our new home in our preferred neighborhood. I would highly recommend if you have any doubt on hiring David Newman to call me Norman

I was worried that having him represent me as well as the seller would be a disadvantage but he proved me wrong. David was upfront and honest in helping me understand the cost of items I wished to remodel. Also, he made sure to keep constant communication between me and the seller even though the seller was in Texas and I was in Colorado.

Hes very knowledgable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. Hes also very aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. We gave one offer before settling in our current home and her predictions about the house we gave the offer on was perfect. Also looking back at some of the other houses we checked out and his price predictions, He pretty much predicted the prices of each of them correctly. Hes also always on time and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We worked with another agent before David and I would highly recommend working with him!!
