Dee Koulias

Dee went above and beyond while helping us find and purchase our home. We were looking to relocate from Pennsylvania and had limited funds and access to travel back and forth during the home buying process. Dee found homes we were interested in and video chatted with us while she walked through them giving us a virtual tour. When I had an opportunity to come down for a few days, she spent the entire couple of days with me driving around and getting in as many home tours in as possible. Once we found a home and put in an offer, she helped with finding inspectors and scheduling as we were unable to do so from PA. She worked with us through the whole process from finding the home to closing and is still checking in with us even though the closing is complete. Dee was very understanding of my concerns when there were issues and spent her time reassuring me she was taking care of things a realtor didn't need to do and when I was being very impatient, she was there to reassure me. This included daily texts, evening calls, and even calls on Thanksgiving. My wife and I wouldn't have gotten through the process being in PA without Dee being such a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor and person.
