We worked listing and buying our new home concurrently. The stress level was high to say the least but as things progressed, Deron had an innate ability to calm things down and keep everything on track. At a time when things were quite hectic, he was poised and able to negotiate and settle both contracts in better form than we thought possible. We'll never hire another agent!

Deron has been a great help before, during and after our transition to the Raleigh area. He helped us to understand the local market, the various neighborhoods where we wanted look for our new home, and the subtleties of the real estate process in NC. We found him to be knowledgeable and willing to share his experience, but most importantly patient enough to allow us to find a home that we felt comfortable with. During the offer and closing process he was on top of every detail. He was timely with communication, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, start to finish.
