Fady was more than wonderful. Sold our home in 10 days. Was aware of pricing in our area and adjusted to meet demand. Overall, Fady is fair, honest, dependable and likable.

I was out of state, and I found homes I was interested I on Zillow and he showed them to my son, who measured room sizes for me. When I decided on one then Fady successfully negotiated the deal I wanted. He was great at making sue all the little post inspection items had Ben corrected. I first met Fady and saw my house four days before I closed on it. I highly recommend him.

I had listed with him a non-insurable 4-Plex (although we didn't know it was un-insurable at the time) which required a cash only buyer. It took two years to sell because of all the complications with 4 different buyers, numerous HOA situations, and countless requirements. But Fady never gave up, never wavered for a moment. He was extremely patient and diligent in trying to get the property sold. I don't know if anyone else could have got this done like he did.
