Geoff and Dana were absolutely amazing helping us buy our first home! Not only did they help us when we moved from Oregon to find a rental, they worked with us for our 1st year in NC to find a home to buy. They were always super communicative explaining the process, our options and providing insights we never would have thought of (i.e. looking at county planning to see what was expected in years to come close to the home). They always responded immediately to requests or questions and did it happily. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a home.

Geoff is a gem in the real estate market area! I never met a broker so dedicated to his clients and knowledgeable on real estate market! After having bought a first house through his services, I decided to contact him again to buy another home (as I need to relocate in the Raleigh area) and I feel blessed to have him as my broker. Geoff does place his clients’ interests far above his, he does not want to find a house, he wants to find the right house! He shows patience, diligence, care and does miles and miles beyond any time limit to look for we are looking for. We even realized what we were really looking for, after so many attempts. Also, he shows such a knowledge of the market that I finally trust a broker 100%! We feel just blessed to have him as our broker/realtor!
