But in terms of selecting a home or determining what was important to us, he did nothing but give us advice and step back. Jake's best quality is his honesty. By that I mean, if he thought we were making a poor decision or thinking about things the wrong way, he was candid. Always thoughtfully and respectfully, but he would call us out and get us on track. As a result, we found a beautiful home that, when it was all said and done, was a steal in this highly competitive, expensive Seattle-area market.
