I am a first time buyer, a single woman, and freelance professional, and I am deeply grateful of Jeff's guidance and trustworthy presence throughout my entire home search and buying experience. In the beginning, I simply wanted an agent who would just help me find homes that met my strict criteria and simply allow me to visit/tour those properties so that I could formulate my own opinion/decisions. I was relieved when Jeff mentioned that he is not going to be a sales-person but rather he would simply help me find what I am looking for (and that is exactly what he did). Additionally, I knew that I have a really tight schedule, and so I wanted to visit homes right away rather than wait 2-3 days for an appointments everytime I found some homes. Jeff made sure that I was able to visit each and every home within a short turnaround time. This made me feel that he prioritized my needs and therefore, I felt encouraged in my search. He never once rushed me or discouraged me from visiting homes I wanted to visit nor did he push/pressure me to visit properties outside of my criteria. When the time came for me to narrow down my final options, Jeff gladly researched the surrounding properties to compare value/worth, and educated me accordingly so that I can make an informed decision/negotiation. He educated me every step of the way and in a way that felt gentle, intelligent, responsible, and clear. He was not only my agent, but also my home advocate, looking out for my best interest as a home buyer. I am forever grateful for this. During closing, Jeff assured me that Team Leon will still be here to help me should I have questions come up after closing. It has now been a few weeks since my closing as I write this review, and sure enough, Team Leon has kept their word and have continued to assist me with random questions that have come up every week since my closing. Even though I have a couple of other friends who are successful real estate agents in Atlanta, I would rather refer people to Team Leon because working with them have been such a positive and confident experience for me. Thank you Jeff, Molly, Team Leon for making this seemingly overwhelming experience feel positive, easy, and encouraging. You’re Godsend.

Jeff was great. My wife and I used him and team Lyon when we bought our house back in 2017. So when we decided to sell we knew who to come too. In fact, Jeff and his team was always available when we had real estate questions even before we decided to sell. They have really become our go to in the real estate world. I worked with Jeff an Molly for over 2 years and looked at countless number of house (but Jeff will know how many as he keeps a print out of all the homes we looked at). Jeff is a very knowledgeable agent who has been doing this for year. Some things you can only get from experience and that is where Jeff excels. His knowledge of agents, companies, locations, towns, lawyers, etc was very deep. He was also fun to work with and always gave me a straight answer. I would prefer someone who will tell me how it is, rather than a used car style "let's make a deal". This was my first home buying experience and am very glad I went with him. I never felt pressure and when I asked for his opinion, I knew he was being honest. Overall a great experience working with him.
