Hi my name is Luis Medina and I leave in Los Angeles California. I had two rental properties in Florida that I wanted to sell. This was not your normal transactions because my management company for this two homes in Florida were not cooperating in providing the keys of my homes so we did not have any access to see their condition. I knew that most likely I will need to fly over to Florida and deal with this situation but thanks to Jennifer I did not have to. Jennifer went above and beyond by reaching out to this management company by contacting them in many ways ( more often with no response ) and after trying and trying for long time eventually her efforts got us the keys so we can have access and asses the conditions of my two homes. Unfortunately we find the inside of this homes in pretty bad conditions. As yo can imagine its not easy to manage a home when you are out of state so Jennifer became my eyes, ears and hands for this two properties. So we find out that we needed to repair and replace several areas of this homes and do a lot of cosmetic work. Jennifer sent me plenty of photos in a regular basis so I can see the progression of the renovation of my two homes. She recommended a gardener, plumber, roofer, painter and more as needed. Always with the idea of either saving me money or do that little extra to maximize the potential buying price of each home. It paid off !!!! My two homes sold by Jennifer and or a higher price than what I was expecting. Jennifer was very professional, helpful and efficient from beginning to end so I highly recommend her services to everyone. Thank you Jennifer for an amazing job

This is the 2nd time I've worked with Jennifer, this time to sell the property she helped me buy in 2015. Jennifer is a great person, with a wonderful personality. She makes any real estate transaction easy and painless. She's always willing to answer questions and offer advice. I'm sorry that I have moved out of central Florida and won't be able to work with her again.

I have the great financial boon to have been able to work with Jennifer Jefcoat on several occasions with Real Estate transactions. The most recent was where I had purchased a home for my parents to live in with a business partner. There were some challenges in getting ready to sell the house and the sale process caused by us. The house was a simple 3/2 and it was aging and the roof was original. Well, if youve owned property in Florida for any length of time, you know what a challenge a perfectly good but older roof can be to insure, sell, get financed, etc. The other issue is that my mom had passed and my father was disabled making access to the house for cleanup, photos, etc. quite a challenge. The third challenge was my business partner that often didnt agree or changed his mind on critical items. We were also dealing with a climate of high interest rates, a high HOA, and the immediate potential for falling home prices. Jennifer approached the situation with a plan of attack that included exceptional marketing, a professionally done video and photos (working around my disabled fathers clutter), a target buyer prototype, and a listing strategy with a slightly higher than market rate pricing plan. She even had a plan on how to get the roof financed and insured knowing which companies to use and the right way to inspect it to show remaining years of life. She aggressively set up an open house schedule and after two open houses she found us a buyer and worked them through a process to get them down payment assistance in order to ensure that we still received the higher listing price and the maximum appraised value. I couldnt believe it. Still cant really. Ive bought and sold several primary residences and rental properties and I cannot express to you enough how important it is to have an agent that has a detailed sales plan, can clearly articulate who your buyer will be and how to market to them. Jennifer easily made us an additional $40-50k.

Jennifer is a top notch advocate for you. We were buyers and hadnt done it in many decades- this was our retirement home. She led us through the market and several areas to consider. Thoughtful process. Ended up getting our home for 10k under ask in a market where overbidding was common. She is savvy about the market and individual situations. Once we had found our dream house, she had an offer ready within a couple of hours. She demonstrated strong negotiation skills and expedited the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. Jennifer adapted to changing circumstances with tact and a calmness that was very much appreciated during such a stressful process. There were a few unexpected challenges, of course, but JJ remained rational and constructive and quick to problem-solve. When an issue arose during the home inspection, she promptly negotiated with the sellers. There were many times when something would come up, and I thought we were doomed, but she never blinked,
