Thank you for your interest in my services. Since 1984, hundreds of families and investors have placed their trust in me when selling or buying their homes or investments. I am a full time Realtor and speak fluent Spanish. I service the southwest and north side of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. A second generation Realtor as my father, Eugenio Gomez, was an active Realtor until his retirement in 2000. My real estate career began in 1984 in the Chicago Lawn / Marquette Park area with Century 21 Cahill Bros. Currently I am affiliated with Realmart Realty located in the heart of Brighton Park Chicago near the intersections of Archer & California. In the last several years I have represented many buyers in the purchase of foreclosed inventory owned by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and major banks. Recently as the time to finalize short sale transactions has improved, I find my self participating in more short sale transactions.
