Jim did a really excellent job helping us buy a house over the course of almost a year of working together. From the very first meeting he was very good at explaining a lot of the details around the process and answering our questions. Throughout the year we saw a lot of houses together, he was very patient and kept up with the pace we wanted until we found our perfect match. I'd gladly work again with Jim in the future if we buy something again.

I've used Jimmy to help me find my very first home in Washington 3 years ago. Jimmy did an outstanding selling our house in Arlington. We closed early and received full asking price. Jimmy went above and beyond what I had expected and received in the past with other real-estate agents/brokers. Very open and honest about things we needed do or things that were coming up.
