John Mcleroy

John helped my wife and I purchase our first home. I say “helped” instead of “worked with” because he truly offered solid guidance, made recommendations based on his realty and contracting experience, and negotiated on our behalf - all going way beyond a working relationship for a business transaction. While I hope we weren’t too difficult (we’ve all seen those terrible first time buyers on HGTV), I know there were times where we asked more of John than his usual clients and I can say that he happily took care of us and was an absolute pleasure to work with through out the entire process. I’d be very surprised if there is another agent in our area that knows the market, neighborhoods, and homes better then he does. Many of the homes we considered he had experience buying or selling in the past - that made all the difference in the world. After we closed, we actually missed the phone calls and meeting up with him - I would assume that’s pretty rare when it comes to real estate agents. If you’re looking in this area - John needs to be your first call.
