Joseph Ruggeroli was recommended to us by a friend living in Las Vegas who'd bought a couple of homes with Joseph over the years. We are retiring to Vegas in 2018 and were looking for just the right backyard! We came into town from Phoenix (we're living in Tennessee but were visiting our son in Phoenix) for a few days to have a look around again. We'd done our share of checking Las Vegas out through other visits - but this time we decided to meet up with Joseph and actually have a look at some homes. Even though we really didn't plan on making a purchase during that trip Joseph was so happy to spend whatever time we needed to show us all of the homes that we'd found via our own search as well as a couple that he'd found. We felt very well taken care of, we felt that Joseph was sharing in our excitement about retiring to Vegas, he took time to enlighten us about some of the areas surrounding the location we were looking in and as it turns out, helped us make an offer on the home that had that 'perfect backyard', even though it was quite late in the evening. He knew the market and the speed at which homes were selling and knew we were anxious to put this most important part of moving to Las Vegas behind us. It all worked out - we have our home! Joseph has been such a pleasure to work with and makes himself so accessible to his clients. We couldn't be happier or more pleased with his services!
