Joe and his co-realtor Helen Jackson were great to work with making suggestions to help our home sell and providing a high level of comfort that all the paperwork and showings would be taken care of in a professional manner. We left Albuquerque before our home sold, so it was up to Joe and Helen to ensure our house looked its best. They contacted painters and a landscaper who set to work even after we were gone.
