Kay was very helpful throughout the condo-buying process. My wife & I wanted to see in excess of 20 condos, and Kay always made time for us, sometimes seeing up to 7 places in a day (which took up her entire Saturday at times). I would definitely recommend Kay due to her responsiveness to any issues or questions that you may have as well - she would always immediately respond to e-mails, which is crucial when decisions need to be made in such a short time frame.

Kay gave us a thorough list of houses for us to look at right away at the start of our search, and paid close attention to our requirements. More than that, she understood WHY we had certain requirements (e.g., a yard for our dogs and why that was so necessary). Once we found the house we wanted she was instrumental in helping us to negotiate for the right price and made sure we were covered with a home warranty. I worked with Kay as a first-time home buyer and could not have been luckier. Here are a few reasons why - Consideration I had a very specific price range and neighborhood criteria during my search. Kay frequently helped me find listings that fell within that criteria. She never pushed me out of my price range nor did she attempt to rush the sale by looking at nearby neighborhoods. And most of the time, she'd surprise me when we'd meet with setting up showings for 2-4 other properties I hadn't known were listed. In other words, I always felt like Kay operated with my best interest in mind. Expertise Again, Kay didn't apply sales pressure in any way. I felt she was always honest in her assessment of properties. Oftentimes, though without ever telling me what to do, she politely suggested that I think carefully about property characteristics that could drive down re-sale value - characteristics that, as a first-time buyer, I may have underestimated or neglected entirely on my own. Easily, she could have overlooked these things in favor of a quicker sale. But instead she was comfortable prolonging our search for the property that was right for me. And finally, once I was ready to make an offer, she guided me through the closing process, providing me with referrals to a loan officer, attorney, inspector, you name it. She provided loan recommendations, too. And Kay offers her expertise in a way that is open and simply there if you need it. It's never offered in a controlling or uncomfortable way. Communication & Punctuality Doing the little things builds trust for a real estate agent. And Kay does them all. She wasn't just punctual to all our showings. She was early, always waiting for me as I arrived. I never had to worry about something coming up and her not showing. She was incredibly respectful of my time. Also, Kay replied to my emails and text messages immediately. Overall, Kay is a customer service-oriented agent. She wants what's best for you. And she enjoys approaching her work in that way. I'd enthusiastically recommend her to others and work with her again myself.
