Kristin and Ken have a wonderful partnership and both play to their strengths and Lori was fantastic at helping both of them take care of all our vendors and paperwork. What a DYNAMIC team!! Ken Vining is absolutely phenomenal. He is so very smart and knows the ins and outs of real estate. He helped us (along with the whole amazing Vining Group staff) to list our house, and helped with negotiations at the end which ended up being such a smooth transaction. He is also currently helping us under contract with a piece of land we are buying and he has been a wealth of information and a solid ground for a not so smooth transaction (at no fault of the buyers). I would highly recommend him and his whole team!
