Kevin was extremely pro active, his communications were always there, he solved many issues that have arisen promptly. Without him we would have been lost.

We met with Kevin and he made several suggestions to make our condo more marketable. We completed those and listed with Kevin. We had several offers the first day! Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the process and we highly recommend him.

Kevin is very impressive in his Real Estate expertise. I was absolutely comfortable working with him in all aspects of the transaction. He demonstrated a masterful understanding of what was necessary to get to a succesful close. Also, he always was very attentive in returning calls, emails, and texts, a rarity these days. Further, whenever needed, he imediatley obtained information required for technical questions that arose. I had letter of approval that proved to be faulty when I was in the close. It must be pointed out that it was the fault of a prominent lending company. An investigation proved the error was a data entry there. So, all in all, Kevin is an expert in his field and his personality fits the trade to a tee.

My mom actually found Kevin for us.. she had one conversation and she just trusted him. We had just fired our second realtor and felt like we would not find a realtor who would actually be able to offer us the responsiveness, knowledge and guidance to find a house in a very quick market. We felt comfortable with Kevin from the first house we walked into... He gave us the right information, looked at the right things and asked the right questions... He showed up completely prepared and educated on each property . Kevin was quick to learn our style, likes and dislikes. If not for Kevin and his quick responses we probably would have been outbid on the house we just closed on. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Kevin... He just gets it!
