We also had a lease back deal in which the seller does not move out right away. She negotiated a great price for that also.But she really worked hard and came through for us during closing. We had a bunch of last minute issues with my mortgage lender. She stayed calm and collected and took care of each issue. We couldn't have closed without her expertise. I recommend Laura highly!
