- Leo helped me buy a home
Renting was too expensive, so we started looking to buy. We had a great time working with Leo. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He's a good guy. He's a hard working man and a very sweet person.
- Leo listed and sold my home
Leo is the best! We have bought and sold two homes with him and would never recommend anyone else. He is very thorough, detail-oriented, and knows his stuff! He helped us sell our first home after several challenges with wavering buyers who were putting in duplicate offers and then backing out. He fought on our behalf to negotiate the best offers and secure the right buyer for our property. He is excellent at what he does, kind, but fierce when representing his clients to ensure they are well represented. He's the only one we would recommend. And now our daughter is using him to buy her first home!
I have been working with Leo Pacheco. He has been amazing! He listens to the specific needs we have for a home and has helped us with some of the obstacles we have faced in trying to find a house.
