We found Lilli from online reviews when we were seeking to relocate and purchase a home in Hollywood, Florida. She is absolutely one of the finest real estate professionals we have ever encountered. Here are a few reasons why. Lilli truly takes the time to get to know her clients. From the first conversation, she was extremely thorough, asking questions about things we had never really considered, and making sure that she really got to the heart of what we were looking for. She will provide a great web portal where you provide input on properties, and she follows up to make sure that she knows what you like. Lilli took the time to schedule and show us every home that we wanted to see. She made sure that we saw every one for ourselves, that we could see places 2 or 3 times if needed, and that we never felt like we were putting her out by seeing another property. Lilli is hands down the best real estate agent in South Florida. Having worked with several, it is clear that she is the most competent, organized, and hardest working. Lilli was awesome! We were looking to purchase a home from CA, and thanks to Lillis organization, we were able to do so in our short timeframe (less than 1 month). Lilli would send us new home listings through her portal, and we would rank homes we were interested in. When we had enough homes we were interested in seeing, Lilli would schedule appointments over a weekend. It took two weekends of seeing 10+ homes each weekend, but we finally found a home we love! I was renting a home and was working with another realtor, I placed an offer that was unrealistic but the realtor did not guide me, and not only was the offer rejected, but the landlord was insulted. A few weeks later, my ex-husband and me retained Lilli to list and sell our house. Lilli is THE BEST Realtor on EARTH!!! We had a very challenging sale in that the buyers agent never returned phone calls and the mortgage company lied constantly about the status of the loan for months. Lilli had to do push, push, push and follow up after others involved in the transaction just to get them to do their jobs. I cant say enough about how helpful Lilli has been. I live in Connecticut and I needed to clean out and sell the Florida home of my elderly aunt. She was never pushy or tried to sell us on anything instead, she encouraged us to be thoughtful and decidedly resolute before proceeding with any and all decisions. She was always happy to take us to view any and all of the homes (there were a lot of them) we were interested in she really made us feel like we were her only and most important clients (though I know she was super busy and had a lot of other people she was taking care of).Lilli is an honest person that really cares about people and understands that the best thing she can do for her business is to earn the trust and respect of her clients (hello, referrals!). Lilli always went, and continues to go above and beyond for us. Two months after our purchase and we are still in contact with her! She is always ready with recommendations for any contractors we might need (which she receives NO benefit from, might I add) and has a wealth of knowledge, ready to answer any questions we might have (pet peeve: when you ask someone a question and they give you some BS wrong answer because they are too lazy to look it up, and/or because they want to seem like they are SUPER informed and know everything, when in fact, they dont). Even all of the people she has referred us to have been excellent and stand-up people in general.What could have been a very daunting and stress-filled experience was seamless, thanks to Lillis professionalism, years of experience, genuine concern for others, and unrelenting work ethic. She was always reachable (via phone, text, email, etc.) and made sure to be very clear and communicative. I have yet to meet someone who is as responsive as she is! Lilli was everything I could ask for in a realtor. Having someone who knew the market like her was extremely important in selling my townhouse. She was able to help target those that would be interested in the specifics of my home and helped us price accordingly. It wasnt the easiest place to sell, but she helped get it done. I have worked with a lot of real estate agents and it tends to be a crap shoot. The way deals are structured, the agents get paid to close the deal, the bigger the deal, the bigger the compensation, so its always a little dicey trying to find someone who is working for you more than working for max comp. I found Lilli by reading reviews and was not disappointed. She not only works for her clients, she works really hard. I didnt know the area very well and travel a bunch so it took a while to settle on the location, the neighborhood and the price that would work for me. We looked all around the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood-Aventura-North Miami areas and settled in on Victoria Park.Once we did that, I probably saw 40 properties with Lilli. A lot of time. And Lilli is always prompt, always organized, always responsive. She obviously cares about her clients and I never felt like I was being pushed in a direction that was not my choosing. In fact, Lilli was quick to point to drawbacks and negatives that I sometimes missed. I kind of had to push her to up my price range as I realized I needed to do that to get what I wanted. During negotiations, she faithfully supported me even when I got a little cranky when sellers were non-responsive or if I thought they were not being reasonable.In the end, I got a fabulous place that I love and as I look at the market, I think I got a pretty good deal. I expect that this is my last South Florida Real Estate purchase, but if I was to buy again or sell, I would certainly work with Lilli again. She has also been great in follow up and recommended great people to work with on floors, window treatments, etc. And she is a sweetheart, fun to hang around with. Thats a pretty big deal as we were spending 2-3 full days/week together for a while.

As newcomers to the area, it was important for us to have a realtor who was able to get an accurate feel for what we wanted in a home and steer us in the right direction. Lilli was very helpful in educating us on the many different neighborhoods of the Hollywood area and paid special attention to our likes / dislikes in order to find the perfect fit. She never wasted our time with homes that were outside of our budget or tastes and was very thorough and responsive with any questions / concerns we threw at her. During the closing process, we encountered several hiccups and Lilli handled everything quickly and professionally, completely guiding us throughout the whole transaction. Shes very organized and will take your home purchase just as seriously as you do, if not more!

I hired Lilli to sell my house in FL based on the awesome reviews from others. She is without a doubt the BEST agent I have ever had! With I ( the owner) not being in the area. Lilli has to do all the work for me started from communicate with the property manager/tenant..etc. Shes always staying on top of every step, making sure it all goes smoothly. I dont write reviews much, though I always appreciate thorough reviews from others. Mostly because I am a hardworking individual that values what I earn and how I spend it. And I suppose Im nervous about offering helpful and needed information to others. So I will make this short and sweet. There are many business transactions you will go through in life, but very few as difficult as the purchase or the sale of a home. I can honestly say Lilli made this process painless for me, and stood by me with assistance every step of the way. I only wish I had the opportunity to work with her on all my future transactions. Unfortunately, I am now no longer in Florida. But I know I would not only recommend her, I feel confident in saying there is absolutely no reason to use anyone else!
