We had a rushed (and needless to say, extremely STRESSFUL) out-of-state move dropped in our laps and needed to sell our home of 12 years.We spoke with a couple of different realtors before we found her, but Lovetta stepped in with the right mix of everything for our situation: she was knowledgable, tough, organized, punctual, and willing to jump right into our chaos with us, while at the same time never pushing, never pressing, always reliable with a contagious can-do attitude. From pre-listing right through closing, she had our backs and made sure the whole process went incredibly smoothly so we could focus on handling the rest of the crazy. She did more than reliably cover the bases and professionally check all the right boxes -- she took so much off our plates from the day she walked in and no matter how ridiculous the curveballs of our situation were, she hit them like a pro and was ready for the next. I've known plenty of realtors over the years and there is not another one I would have had by my side through the insanity of that move. A few months later, we're now buying a house here in Virginia...I'm REALLY wishing I had her expertise here with me now! To be sure, she'll be the second person I call (after Mom, of course) when we start the process of moving back to San Antonio!!
