Luke Van Pelt

Luke is an awesome realtor! Where do I begin? He is very knowledgeable and always eager to help, whether it be answering questions or being resourceful in finding answers if he doesn’t know them off-hand. Upon our first meeting, he was very thorough in explaining the buying process in the state of Washington as my wife and I had just relocated from California only days prior. We began our home search January 2018, in a very slim and competitive market but Luke was wise to it and went out of his way to contact seller’s reps to get a good idea of the types of bidding situations we could expect. He is also very creative and has mastered the art of writing and adjusting strategic offers, making them as attractive as possible while still respecting your limits and protecting you as a buyer. The guy basically doesn't sleep because he is out there tirelessly hunting for his client’s perfect home new home, day and night. It’s easy to see that he loves what he does from the great energy he carries throughout a search to the pure joy and excitement for his clients when they’ve found the home of their dreams! What we enjoyed most about working with Luke is that he really cares about his clients and that he took the time and initiative to explain the process each step of the way so that we had no doubt in our minds that we were making the best choices for us. I’ve recommended him to several coworkers, one of which found a home and had their offer accepted in less than a week! Amazing! I highly recommend him to all!

Luke was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible throughout the entire home searching and home buying process. We regularly had our 3 kids with us as we were looking at houses and Luke always took the time to give them some attention and was so patient with them. His knowledge of the area as well as the home buying process was invaluable.
