Being a builder I’ve worked with a lot of realtors over the years. Lydia is above all others by far. She’s won me houses against great competition, sold my houses for more than I asked, given valuable advice freely, networked with others for services and deals, and her wisdom and guidance has benefited me greatly. She’s shown me enormous patience and unwavering support even in my fruitless endeavors hunting project ideas. (why oh why don’t I just listen to her to begin with). I will use no one else as my realtor.

When I heard about Lydia, the first word used to describe her was “ninja”.
