Lynda Burge

Lynda was excellent. When we started our search, we had some important criteria we were looking for, but also a lot of variables that we weren't sure about. We were not in a hurry because we were happy in our current home, but wanted to start looking for THE home we would retire to after finishing raising my sons. Lynda always found options that fit our current criteria, gave great advice, and was patient with us as some of our criteria changed after viewing some of the houses. Although we were prepared to spend as long as it took to find the right home, we found it in about 6 months, and Lynda helped us throughout the process; not only in her "realtor" duties, but also as a great resource for service providers and other contacts we needed. We will continue to work with her for our investment property plans as well.

Lynda was extremely helpful after the sale. Since I am moving from out of state, I needed someone to help me furnish the condominium and be available to give access when I was not in Tennessee. Lynda was very helpful in this regard. She also put me in touch with various local contractors that she had used. All of these contractors were very reliable and performed very good work. I will still call Lynda if I have a question about any work on my condominium. I still consider Lynda a very honest and reliable source on any information in regards to the Lebanon Tennessee area. I recommend her very highly!

I can not speak highly enough of Lynda Burge. Her levels of expertise and professionalism could not be matched when it came to my home buying process. I was a first time home buyer in a new area, and she made the process so simple and smooth - even amidst the pandemic! She was patient with me, gave me solid advice, supported my decisions, and taught me so much about buying my first home. In the future, whether I am buying or selling, I hope to work with Lynda again. I recommend her to anyone who might be looking to buy or sell a home.
