I went to the office because I saw them while shopping and I needed to sell my rental property. They gave me a value at the office right there and also sold it for way less than other realtors I had talked to. We were under contract the first week and I sold it for more than I hoped. Marilee also was able to give me a lot of information about taxes, estates, repairs etc. She gave me an electrician who was really good too.

Marilee has been my agent on a total of 4 transactions and she has been amazing on all of them. I have referred her to several others as well. She fought hard for me as a buyer and worked really hard when I sold a house recently. She met the plumber at 6 am and even helped paint.

Marilee was the buyer's agent for one of my clients and she was so helpful and prompt. This buyer had worked with 3 other agents over the last 2 years and no one was patient enough to deal with all of her questions and hesitancy. Marilee was able to help her find a home and navigate her way to a new home.

Marilee was able to help me with my new construction purchase. My sister used her and she also referred her to me. It was very good to have someone on my side, mostly at the inspection it was helpful.
