Matt was a pleasure to work with! He is professional, kind, understanding, and sympathetic to our needs and the struggles associated with a difficult 3rd party. Matt helped us get a contractor lined up for a couple quick projects prior to listing our house. The contractor he recommended worked out fantastic! He was proactive in communicating with us every step of the way, and was always accessible. I would definitely recommend Matt Stark to all my family and friends.

I wish I could rate him much higher in responsiveness. He came very prepared to our initial meeting with him. We interviewed and he was the best prepared. He did not make any promises he couldn’t keep. We got our weekly Friday call with status and he is very empathetic. He knew how to provide information such as visitations and when we got to the offer process. When things got a little hairy, he was the calm in the storm. There is not one thing that he could have done better. Selling a house is emotional and he did a great job on keeping us grounded and focused. Thank you Matt for a job very well done!

Matt should change his name to Tony as he was a true Iron man in his representation of our interest during the VERY difficult sale of our house. His constant communication never left us feeling alone, and his council during the whole process guided us thru the difficult decision making. Matt was a awesome! I had the unit listed with a “discount” realtor for several months and received no offers. Following that I interviewed several real realtors and chose Matt because he came very prepared, having even talked to realtors who had recently sold in the same complex.
