DO NOT RENT FROM ONEILL PROPERTIES ON DICKERSON RD @ 1120 Dickerson Pike Nashville, TN 37207.. I moved in back in March.. I just came up on month 6.. There was trash stuffed behind the stove, the pictures of the refrigerator has been infested with bugs! My A/C unit leaked for almost 2 in half months before it got fixed .. and my house had a power surge on the 4th of JULY that caused my wifi box to catch on fire… my house is not even grounded!! IT IS RELEASING TOOOO MUCH ELECTRICITY!! I been reaching out since JULY 5th.. my number has been blocked and just got UNBLOCKED because they want some money!!! I got PLENTY of proof, written and pictures … I spent almost 3,000$ to get in this place. Now they are threatening me with an eviction and she also stated that if it was such a hazardous then I should have been moved.
