We contacted Mercede to help us purchase our first home and were very pleased. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely helpful. Mercede was readily available to answer any questions we had; responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages in a timely manner. We ultimately decided to build, and Mercede was present at all meetings and walk-through evaluations of the home. She was attentive to details, ensuring that our home was in perfect condition when we moved in. After living in the home for over 6 months, Mercede continues to contact us to make sure we are happy with the pleased. She truly cares about the well-being of her clients. We will definitely use her again!

We owned a home to sell that we were concerned would have much competition in the area. Mercede fully analyzed and had it priced perfectly for our desire to sell quickly but for a fair price. Our home was staged impressively for the site pictures. The home went up on site at 11 AM ... buyer calls at Noon ... visits 3PM and with spouse 5 PM... SOLD ! Incredible experience! All paperwork was handled very professionally to the end! We had no complaints and highly recommend Mercede

My wife and I moved to San Antonio from the east coast last year and wanted to buy a home but had little to no knowledge of the market here in Texas. We went to a few open houses and ran into Cede and immediately decided on her to represent us. She was incredibly responsive in every facet of our home buying process, was super knowledgeable about the market and devoted a great deal of her time to us in our search for a home. But, I would say the thing that has impressed us most about Cede is what she has done for us after we closed on our new construction. Because we were forced to close before all items in the home were completed, we are still in the process of pulling the builders' arm to finish this list. Despite the fact that Cede has already closed on the home for us and could just walk away, she has been a strong advocate for us and will not rest until our home is 100% the way it was promised to us. Cede will respond to any text or call within minutes no matter the time or day and we were told by our sales agent that she was the most involved buying agent she had ever worked with. You will not be disappointed with Cede, she is as fine a realtor and person as you'll met. She deserves her five-star rating, without question.

Mercede is hands down the best realtor we have ever had. She is always on the ball and works so hard to make buying and selling as stress free as possible. She always answers my calls/ texts and is very knowledgeable in real estate. We are happy to have her as our go-to realtor!
