Merrill Johnson was extremely helpful. Don't know what we would have done without him! We were relocating here from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to help care for my son who was critically ill. Merrill had assisted my 2 sons with their homes so I trusted him. He was kind, patient and most of all, accommadating!! When I couldn't leave the hospital, he would come meet me in the sitting area. Absolutely a wonderful person who does his job outstandingly well! He should train others!
