Let me start with a few concise sentences - Michael is one of the most impressive, genuine professionals that I have met in over 30 years of business. His communication skills, integrity and work ethic are beyond reproach. And now, the longer version. A neighbor across the street had an open house and we were curious so we checked it out. Michael was hosting and that is how this journey began. We knew we were interested in selling and were in the process of collecting information about the market. Michael was open and honest and shared his thoughts freely and with no pressure at all. We immediately liked his straight forward approach and extensive level of knowledge. Frankly, for a guy that seemed so young he presented as a seasoned agent who truly enjoyed talking with us. And his enthusiasm was remarkable. We met again a week or so later for a walk-through of our own house. Michael had great ideas about small changes we could make to maximize our home value and position ourselves to get the best possible price. And he came prepared with a marketing strategy and a calendar of action items and deliverables. We drilled him with questions and he remained calm and comprehensively answered everything we could think of. Fast forward to the selling process. The day of the open house. The photography Michael had done and other pre-marketing efforts paid off. We could not believe how many people came. Sold at full asking price to a cash buyer in 4 days. Highest selling price in the neighborhood. But the journey continues because we needed to purchase too. I am trying to keep this short but let me say that MIchael had a very volatile situation to work with. The logistics of coordinating pre-qualifications, approvals, financing, the laundry list of home inspection problems, appraisals, move-in dates, move-out dates, rent backs, escrow, lawyers, caveats and conditions, the list goes on. Texts and phone calls are flying around. Emotions are running high. Competition is fierce. Deals almost fall apart and then are put back together. I do not really understand how he did it but Michael was a rock through all of it. He processes information very quickly and thinks several steps ahead. Needless to say, I am grateful to have met Michael and would not hesitate to recommend him.

My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Michael and will continue to refer him to friends interested in buying or selling a home. PCSing to San Diego meant we were unfamiliar with what areas would work best for our familys needs. We ended up buying in a city that we hadnt considered before Michael introduced the idea to us- and we feel so incredibly lucky to have found just what we were looking for in a community and in a home. Although we hadnt even listed our Hawaii house when we reached out to Michael, he was completely accessible. He answered more questions than I could count, met us for more showings than I can remember, and maintained communication with our Hawaii realtor, even offering us relevant advice that helped with that sale. Michael offered encouragement and positivity when our first offer had been rejected. Our second offer, on a fixer upper that was listed well below the average value of homes in the neighborhood, was accepted. My husband and I were prepared to take the home as is, but Michael was confident in his abilities- and rightfully so. He far surpassed our expectations and was able to get us a large credit to put towards repairs. That was a credit that we potentially could not have gotten! He fought for us even when we didnt know there was anything to fight for. Michaels ability to navigate and communicate with sellers, agents, inspectors and every other individual involved in this process seems to come so naturally and is incomparable to any other realtors I have personally worked with. I would work with Michael with every home buying experience if I could and I cannot think of a more competent individual to help someone with purchasing a home. There is not a single quality that could make him a more qualified realtor.
