Understanding, PATIENT, Easy to Work With, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Helpful, Easy to Talk To,helped us move forward when we did not see a path forward, Great Communication-email, phone, text! Could not have asked for more. Sales price was higher than anticipated. Took a long time to process due to seller issues, but Mindy was with us the whole way in spite of the small transaction size. We can not thank Mindy F. enough for her time and dedication to see this transaction through-especially one that was small in terms of property size and dollars.
