Nancy Hazard

We decided to make a big move from California to Texas (you don't get to choose where your born) and purchase a house, we were referred to Nancy Hazard as a local agent who is very familiar with the area. Communication with Nancy was always thorough and precise, she set up and executed showing and walkthroughs quickly ensuring everyone's time was respected. We have worked with Nancy for a year and the best advice she said to us was "Take your time and be picky, if it doesn't feel right there are more houses" it's a big purchase and you'll need to live with it for a while. There is so much going on behind the scenes that an agent does to make sure your experience is smooth and I can say Nancy Hazard has gone above and beyond to help us along in this process. Nancy takes a firm stance and fights in your corner for what you want. I couldn't recommend her more and if I find myself in need of an agent again I will definitely be going to her.
