Nicole has gone above and beyond in helping us find our dream home. She is very knowledgeable in this field and has been there to help guide us each step of the way. I truly believe that she cares about our needs and is always looking out for our best interest. She is very personable and I liked her from the start. Nicole was great in getting our house listed and sold in a timely and hassle free experience. She put together a great comparative market analysis so that we could list our property in the most beneficial price range. She was cooperative in helping us with a long distance sale by checking on a few things at the property when we were unable to be there. Nicole goes way beyond just helping choose and negotiating the sale of a home. She went out of her way to help when we were unable to be at the house when the refrigerator was delivered and when the painter came. She chose the house cleaner and it was spic and span for us to arrive on moving day. And I had a mattress on the Murphy bed ready for the cat and I to sleep on. So happy she was our realtor

Wow, if you want someone who is better than the best, Nicole is for you. She wants to exceed her customer's expectations and she easily does that. She always responded to my questions very quickly and never seem to mind. I can tell you there were a lot of questions and she always pleasantly, and punctually. She made a stressful time very easy. From day 1 she was awesome. Always willing to show show show us houses. She knows what she is doing and knows the business. She has become a good friend thru all of this. If we ever decide to sell and buy again we will definitely give her a call. Not only was she very energetic and willing she would be avail at all hours.
