Paul May

I had my house on the market with another broker for 6 months and the house would not sell. I have a long time friend in Florida who is a agent and after talking to him, he told me to call Paul May here in Vegas. You don't need a buyer representative with Paul...Yes. He is that good. He will represent both buyer and seller. He will not give you any information that would be false to the buyer or seller. Please give me a bit of time to really tell you about Paul May. He is enthusiastic of everyone involve with the home closing process. He has his own team informing you in every turn and updates to the total closing process. Paul is and should be the only choice for either selling, buying and/or relocating to Las Vegas. I have built 8 homes and purchased 5 homes within my lifetime. I have obviously dealt with numerous real estate agents. After having a long discussion with Paul, I knew I had found the right agent to represent myself and family. I did not have to bring my own realtor into the equation. Paul represented his buyer. I will give you that. But, I felt that I have obviously been represented with high marks knowing that he was representing the seller. I have received a very fair price for that area and I couldn't be more happy that Paul went far beyond the sale helping my family with numerous questions. Paul had all the answers that we needed. Still, to this day, Paul is helping my family with our move. You see, We are purchasing out of state for our retirement home. I wouldn't trade Paul for 4 horses and a good stage coach. LOL... Don't please don't commit to anyone until you have at least talked to Paul. He doesn't need any sales tactics. He is the best. You can research all his attributes on line.
