I had to move to Nashville with my family during the COVID pandemic, which I figured would make buying a house fairly difficult. I was also pretty nervous because this was my first home buying experience, and I would have to do the bulk of it from another location. Penny, Nick and the team were there to help the entire way through every part of the process. Nick came with me to see 17 houses over 2 days! They were incredibly patient and helpful, very knowledgeable of the process, and made buying my family's first home a relatively stress free experience! I will certainly be using them again if we decide at some point to move again, and would absolutely recommend using them.
