Where can I start, when we first met Ralph and Edie, we were waiting for another realtor to contact us but never heard back from them, my wife had contacted Edie from Zillow and she immediately went into action answering the many questions we had, they have been fantastic every step of the way, from the sale of home to the purchase of our new home,staying always in contact with us and yes even though their vacation, When we've seen other realtors open houses,Ralph and Edies put on a show so that our home looks inviting and this could be your next home, We've gotten so close to them I can consider them are new friends, it's been about a week since we moved into our new home and they are still checking in on us to make sure everything is fine. Ralph and Edie are such a blessing. They where such a big help. Even when they were on vacation, they stay In contact with us (I felt guilty about that, lol). We could not have picked a better team to help us through the sale of our house and buying new house. They treated us like family and I feel like we made life time friends. We are from San Diego and literally don’t know anyone in Las Vegas. We had no friends who can provide recommendations for a good real estate agent so we were very skeptical at first to put our trust on anyone. I’ve had a really bad experience with the previous agent I worked with at our San Diego property so it’s hard for me to trust anyone. However, we had to take a chance at someone from Movoto because we were in a time crunch in getting property within just a month. We met with Ralph and Edie and I must say “we fell in love with them”. They were just fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional with a great sense of humor and most of all - they are VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! I have given them a list of houses we wanted to check and they got on top of it and showed every single thing on the list with the exceptions of the ones that aren’t fit for us. Trust me when I say you will NEVER hear them be pushy on getting a certain property. My previous agent in SD was way too pushy and I got the property that “she wanted” for me. My apologies for the long review but they are worth writing a review for. It is hard to find good and HONEST agents. Edie and Ralph’ have exceeded and just went above and beyond our expectations. If I could rate them a GAZILLION A+++++++ and stars, I would. They are beyond exceptional from their expertise, character, professionalism and PHENOMENAL service! I am veteran first time home buyer and the whole process at the time was confusing. My wife and I had been teamed up with a few other agents that seemed to care more about selling and did not explain well what we are getting ourselves into. Every time we had questions about the house or the whole process we didn't get a clear answer or would say "your loan officer will tell you that" and for some reason they would be "out of town for the weekend"....They would ask for our budget we would tell them what we applied for and would look at houses that were at our max knowing we wanted something cheaper. It seemed like we would never get a house till we got teamed with Edie and Ralph. They are by far THE BEST TEAM EVER! With Edie and Ralph we got all our questions answered, responded before you send the message, always available, and Ralph is a veteran that understood me. They both have immeasurable knowledge about the real estate business and there is nothing they didn't know. We are so excited to be closing sooner than schedule because we had such an awesome team. I don't really write reviews for anything because it's just who I am, but for them I would an essay (which i kinda did) because they are an awesome team. I will highly recommend them hands down.

Ralph and Edie Rodriguez are easily the best real estate agents I have ever worked with or met. Before hiring Ralph, I read his reviews, and they convinced me to hire him. I was not disappointed. First, Ralph and Edie are easy to get in contact with. There were several times I called or sent at night, and they always answered right away. Second, Ralph really knows the area and comps. I interviewed over a dozen agents, and many made claims about what they could do that were obviously false. For example, one agent claimed they sold a house near me for well more than the current comps. I researched her claim and found out that the house sold for $50k less than what she said. I really respected Ralph's transparency and knowledge. It translated into proper expectations and a much quicker sale. Third, Ralph always completed and forwarded every contract quickly. Fourth, Ralph and Edie fought several battles for me behind the scenes. They truly made the selling process as stress free as possible. Much more can be said about this team, but suffice it say that Ralph and Edie are solid agents and you will not regret hiring them.

OMG!!!! Hands down the greatest people I've met. I'm a disabled Veteran, Single parent. I have and continue to battle a lot with my health. One of my goals was to give my children a place called their own where they can have their own room. For they are teens and they never had a room to themselves until now. I was truly blessed to have Ralph and his amazing Wife to be placed in my life and help me to obtain this goal of mines. From beginning they explained to me they will be with me through every step and they definitely were. I didn't know anything but buying a home I just thought if I like it I get it. Lol, but they helped me understand that its not quite like that. From just a few houses I wanted to see, I was able to find and obtain what I liked and worked for me and my family. There was times I thought I was doing the wrong thing, even wanted to get out of it, but the knowledge Ralph and Edie provided reassured me I was making a great choice for my family.
