I moved here last year from FL. It was relatively easy to narrow down which area(s) to target for my home search. However, I was missing a very key ingredient, the right realtor. My wife and I have bought two homes before this. The first realtor was a horror story. The second was completely capable, but rarely intuitive. I began interviewing realtors here in WA and finding nothing but mediocrity. One day at work, my colleague told me about Reshal, also singing her praises, and gave me her contact info. As a matter of fact, the coworker that introduced us to Reshal has been working through the buying process during the shutdown and is closing in a couple of weeks while also getting his current house ready for sale – all with Reshal and he tells me he is equally impressed with her on all accounts. Reshal will be the first person I call for any real estate needs my wife and I ever have. Reshal will be the first person I call if I need recommendations of reputable contractors operating in the area. Reshal will be the first, and only realtor I recommend to all my friends and coworkers. She earned my business, and my gratitude on so many levels. We'd heard of Reshal through word of mouth and called her in a panic because our landlord decided to sell and gave us 60 days to move. We have 3 little kids and had quite a list of needs for a house, so it wasn't an easy find for renting or buying. We knew we wanted to buy instead of rent again but 60 days to find...and close... on a house in one of the hottest markets the country has ever seen was daunting to say the least. All our friends, and even our property managers who were also realtors, were telling us that it was taking people 6+ months to get a house and they were writing dozens of offers before they got one accepted. Thank goodness for Reshal! From the very first contact she was calm, reassuring, and completely confident that she could not only help us find a house, but that we'd be able to find a home we truly loved. She was incredibly responsive (does she sleep?!), knowledgable, a clear expert in the field, and an incredible negotiator. Additionally she was so easy to work with, the perfect balance or listening to our needs, advising where it was needed, and professionally handling all the negotiating/contract side of the business deal. She clearly cared about us and wasn't just looking to push forward a deal or win at all costs. In a market where people were waiving all their contingencies and offering a ridiculous amount over asking, Reshal was able to advise us on constructing an offer that still protected our finances and investment in the home (we didn't waive inspection!!) and also offer an appropriate amount to be competitive, but not careless or inflated. In LESS than 60 days we were moving into our new home. I cannot recommend Reshal enough. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, Reshal is hands down one of the best relators I've met. (**and I used to work in Real Estate, I've known a lot!)
