I was referred to Robyn by friends of mine in NJ over a year ago. We connected immediately when I was merely contemplating the idea of moving from NY to Charlotte NC. My husband and I had never been to Charlotte but heard great things so we set up mini trip over Memorial Day weekend and Robyn graciously agreed to show us around, even though she knew we had no solid plans yet of moving there. We ended up finding our dream home on day 1 of our trip but were reluctant because it was an older home and needed some work. We wanted the home but wanted to pay the best price possible. With Robyn's guidance and knowledge we were able to secure our first home! We closed in 30 days as she had scheduled and she was there every step of the way to reassure, console, and advocate for our best interest. I am very happy with our decision to move out of NY to NC but even happier we choose Robyn to help us find our home! Robyn proved to be knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and is a great problem solver.
